| RC Taxidermy Wildlife Studio Located in Del Rio, TX, Southwestern Part of Texas in Val Verde County Owned & Operated by Carmen Cantu & Robert Martinez Our main objective is to provide our customers with the most realistic taxidermy work available. In order to do so we spend time studying both live animals and reference materials in order to be able to maintain a level of work that will make your mount look as natural as possible. We believe that Taxidermy is a form of Art and we create each mount by combining great detail, quality materials, and the dedicated time by wildlife artists. We customize our mounts in various positions and add eye catching habitats inorder to make the mounts come to life. About The Taxidermist RC Taxidermy came to existence when Robert Martinez first became interested in taxidermy because of his love for hunting and the outdoors. He began practicing taxidermy in Llano, Texas where he learned the trade helping out a friend in his studio, picked it up as a hobby and had the desire to one day open his own. After meeting Carmen Cantu, and working closely together they opened their very own studio located in Del Rio, TX. Through the years Robert & Carmen have perfected their techniques and have created impressionable mounts with eye catching habitats. In each mount Robert & Carmen capture the true essence of the animal in its natural living environment. They believe in using quality products in order to create a lasting and impressionable mount.
